Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any signs of wear.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a digital gift card, or a direct exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Carefully pack your items in their original reusable mailer and download your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 7-10 working days.
